The issue occurred for me during the upgrade process from version 11.4.0.18 to version 12.0.1.26 (which is the current version downloadable from Apple). The issue you are describing is definitely not the way we intend for the app to work, however, we have not been able to reproduce this issue for our development team to investigate. Sorry to hear you're having issues with Aladdin Connect. I literally have to relog on every app launch incredibly frustrating to have to battle basic functionality implemented poorly. After that, shutting off the screen or the app, always results in losing the login information and my phone being treated as a new device. On every app launch I’m logged out, my phone is treated like a new device, the app asks me for my credentials, I provide them, select that my device is a personal device, I select that I want to be kept logged in (at which point I get an email that I logged with a new device). I’m using the latest iOS and app version. It treats my iphone as a new device on every app launch Please Note: Your device will need to be password protected for this option.
